Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, gather requirements, and implement solutions.
Additionally, you will provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities
- Design and document new business processes and workflows
- Implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness
- Provide training and support to end users on new processes and systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Process Specialist or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Manage full project lifecycle: scope, planning, execution, budget, timelines, and performance tracking
- **Lead cross-functional process improvement (OD, OE, policies, department performance, etc.)**
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and change-control processes
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Oversee financials including invoicing and coordination with finance
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement
- Identify risks and business opportunities within projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tools like Jira, Power BI, etc
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to work under pressure
- Client-focused with strong business acumen
- Candidates must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
