Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, procedures, and governance artifacts.
- Collect and analyze process, operational, and assessment data.
- Support governance meetings and working groups, action tracking, and deliverable preparation.
- Assist governance leads with research, analysis, and documentation; maintain artifacts in approved repositories.
- Support AI/ML model cards, AI system runbooks, and AI risk assessment documentation.
- Assist with data collection for AI model performance monitoring dashboards.
- Support algorithmic impact assessments and AI governance reporting.
- Review documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in business process analysis, process improvement, governance support, management analysis, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience developing process documentation, workflows, procedures, or governance artifacts and analyzing operational or process-related data.
- Strong analytical, organizational, technical writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and process-mapping or documentation tools.
- Secret clearance eligibility is required.
Desired qualifications
- ITIL Foundation or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- Experience supporting AI/ML governance, responsible AI, or technology risk management is desired.
- Familiarity with model cards, AI system runbooks, algorithmic impact assessments, or AI risk documentation is desired.
- Experience supporting performance dashboards, governance metrics, or process-improvement initiatives is desired.
Compensation
- Salary range is $59,000–$123,000 per year.
- Compensation may vary based on role responsibilities, contract requirements and funding, clearance, location, experience, education, certifications, and specialized skills.
- For proposal-contingent positions, the range is anticipated and may change based on contract award and final requirements.
