Business Process Analyst Lead

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and generate insights from enterprise process data.
• Develop and measure KPIs with business units to assess ongoing value.
• Create reports, presentations, and process workflows for executive leadership.
• Promote continuous process improvement within assigned organizations and across AEP.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess process improvement effectiveness.
• Assess project risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and lead efforts to identify process solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10 years of relevant experience; or associate's degree with 12 years; or high school diploma/GED with 14 years.
• Relevant experience includes continuous improvement, operations, project management, or business analytics.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI, Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to engage across organizational levels.
• Commitment to ethical behavior and the company's Corporate Compliance Policy.
• Occasional travel up to 10% and on-call assignments are required.

Compensation

• The posting lists a salary range of USD 116,255 to USD 151,132.50 annually.
