Business Process Analyst

Role overview

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
• Use Lean Six Sigma methods such as FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping to identify optimization opportunities.
• Gather project requirements with the Lean team and stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics, investigate root causes, and identify system improvements that support business goals and budget constraints.
• Support business-solution implementation and oversee enterprise process and system effectiveness.
• Govern business tools, reports, and applications.

What the employer is looking for

• Bachelor's degree or higher university degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or equivalent is an asset.
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker able to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Two years of process-improvement experience in a professional services organization.
• Knowledge of Agile project management and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience with change management and process adoption.
