Responsibilities
- Review and map processes across Finished Vehicle Logistics, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Use process mapping, root-cause analysis, and continuous-improvement methods to design workflows and implement measurable benefits.
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with departments to develop efficient and consistent solutions.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, assess process effectiveness, and inform decisions.
- Work with systems and data teams on process governance and reliable information.
- Find opportunities for systems improvements and automation, translating operational requirements into enhancements.
- Support change management and user acceptance testing; create process documentation and help stakeholders embed new ways of working.
Qualifications and experience
- Strong background in process mapping, continuous improvement, and business transformation.
- Experience or capability working across operational environments and converting complex challenges into measurable improvements.
- Strong mapping and modeling skills, root-cause analysis, and ability to use operational data and KPIs.
- Understanding of Lean or Six Sigma methods; Visio, draw.io, or similar process-mapping tools; process governance, systems improvement, and change management.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including influencing decisions and supporting teams through change.
