Join the Council's Digital and ICT Team during a major transformation programme.
Help replace legacy systems, modernize services, and improve outcomes for colleagues and residents.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across complex transformation projects.
- Map and review processes, and work with stakeholders to understand challenges and requirements.
- Design improved ways of working and turn insight, evidence, and user needs into practical recommendations.
- Support system implementation, testing, and business readiness.
- Help realize benefits and embed change across services.
Contract and compensation
- Fixed-term contract for 12 months; a secondment opportunity is available to internal employees.
- Full-time, 37 hours per week.
- Salary is £49,817 per annum.
Work location
- The role is based at Town Hall, South Shields.
Requirements
- Experienced Business Process Analyst.
- Experience leading business analysis activities across complex transformation projects.
