Role Overview:
The Business Planning / Strategic Planning professional will be responsible for defining long-term organizational goals and driving strategic initiatives to support business growth. This role involves aligning departmental objectives with the overall corporate vision, conducting market analysis, and monitoring performance to ensure effective execution of strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans and long-term growth strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Align departmental and functional objectives with the organization’s strategic goals
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure business performance
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business strategies and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
- Experience across strategy, consulting, or corporate planning functions
- Exposure to large-scale or government projects is an advantage
