Business Performance Data Analytics Manager

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop the PMO data analytics capability, driving continuous improvement and establishing best practice across reporting and performance insight. Deliver high-quality business intelligence, analytics and performance reporting that supports informed decision-making at all levels. Develop and maintain data visualisation, reporting and forecasting solutions that enhance governance and business performance. Improve data quality, reporting processes and analytics tools to provide accurate, reliable and actionable insight. Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing data analytics culture. What you’ll need: Experience leading data analytics, business intelligence or performance reporting teams within a complex organisation. Strong knowledge of reporting, data visualisation and performance management methodologies. Experience developing management information and analytics solutions for senior stakeholders. Understanding of modern analytics technologies, including data platforms, automation and emerging artificial intelligence capabilities. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organisational improvement through data-led insights.
