QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Four (4) or more years of experience in a related field required.
- Two (2) years of BCBSM work experience to ensure full knowledge of business systems required.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of competitors, techniques and methodologies required in related field.
- Knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word).
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Ability to effectively interface and communicate with employees at all levels.
- Understand and apply basic financial analysis and modeling.
- Ability to gather and analyze data and create visualizations.
- Knowledge of key business metrics (i.e. financial results, membership, HMO market, etc.)
- Ability to create engaging presentations - Ability to communicate and maintain effective relationships across the enterprise.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in business needs and priorities
