Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in Qatar, supporting INGENIUM VIRTUAL ASSISTANT LIMITED’s multidisciplinary business, technology, and operations environment.
The Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, monitoring, treatment administration, and documentation in line with clinical standards and local regulations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and allied health professionals, educating patients and families, and ensuring safe, hygienic, and efficient clinical workflows.
The Nurse will also contribute to operational excellence by using digital tools, following evidence-based protocols, and supporting continuous improvement in patient safety and service quality.
Additionally, the role involves effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain a professional, responsive, and patient-centered service.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Business, Business Planning, and understanding of operational workflows to support integrated care and organizational efficiency.
- Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret clinical information, monitor patient status, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to process improvement.
- Valid nursing qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing) and current professional registration/licensure, meeting Qatar regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting; experience in multidisciplinary or international environments is an advantage.
- Ability to use electronic health records and digital tools; familiarity with AI- or tech-enabled workflows is beneficial.
- Demonstrated reliability, ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
