Role Description
The Business Operations Manager is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a blend of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities.
This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, ensuring that internal processes, workflows, and business systems run efficiently and align with the company’s strategic goals.
The Business Operations Manager will analyze operational performance, track key metrics, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and resource utilization.
Responsibilities
include coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting program management activities, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with finance teams on operational planning and cost control.
The role will also involve preparing reports and presentations for leadership, identifying operational risks, and implementing practical solutions to improve overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Operations and Operations Management, with the ability to optimize processes and manage day-to-day activities effectively.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Program Management capabilities, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities in a part-time schedule, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in a consulting, services, or solutions-focused organization is beneficial, particularly within the Abu Dhabi or broader UAE market.
