We are looking for a Business Operations Manager with strong experience in the luxury watch industry to support our business growth, brand partnerships, and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and expansion within the luxury watch sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with luxury watch brands, distributors, and industry partners.
- Identify new brand acquisition and partnership opportunities.
- Manage business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Support sales development and client relationship management.
- Leverage industry connections to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands and the global watch market.
- Existing network and relationships within the luxury watch and luxury goods sector.
- Experience in business operations, business development, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients is an advantage.
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
- Important: Only candidates with direct experience in the luxury watch industry will be considered.
