We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Operations Manager
to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily business operations and workflows.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.

- Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.

Requirements
- Previous experience in business operations, project management, administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
