Serve as a versatile operational coordinator supporting sales, day-to-day operations, and administrative functions.
Partner with leadership to help the business run smoothly and professionally.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. U.S. shift.
Requirement
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- The ideal candidate is versatile, proactive, articulate, and comfortable supporting multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and correspondence as a primary professional point of contact.
- Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, schedule pitches, and follow up on sales prospects.
- Draft, proofread, and format sales proposals, presentations, and client agreements.
- Maintain client relationships, support satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement productivity improvements.
- Track project timelines and coordinate internal resources to meet deliverables.
- Maintain CRM and internal databases; prepare weekly or monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage the business owner's calendar, meetings, and critical email correspondence.
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, unpaid receipt follow-up, and financial summaries.
- Maintain digital filing systems, SOPs, and company policies.
Pay and benefits
- ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month.
- Benefits include leave encashment and Provident Fund.
