Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Support NetSuite users and administer the system as their day-to-day contact.
• Review timesheets and expenses, support month-end activities, and maintain the close calendar.
• Create and maintain project, sales-order, purchase-order, and related records; update project financials in Monday.com.
• Assist with reporting and data validation and support monthly regulatory reports.
• Manage learning-system users and courses and distribute training certificates.
• Assist with regulatory and clinical contracts in Salesforce.

Candidate qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and data-validation skills; attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
• Able to manage month-end deadlines and multiple simultaneous requests.
• Animal-health experience is preferred, not required.
• NetSuite or comparable ERP experience is preferred; Salesforce and/or learning-management-system familiarity is a plus.
