Business Operations & Administration Executive (Marketing)
About This Role
Job Overview:
The Marketing & Administration Executive will support the region and units’ team in assisting in marketing, external affairs, business operations, and administration tasks. This role will oversee marketing, brand communications, large-scale events, and operational support across the region, driving business growth and brand presence in MENA markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and communication skills, service awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute regional marketing and brand promotion strategies; manage budget allocation and resource deployment
- Oversee marketing material design and production; manage bilingual (Chinese/English) social media accounts
- Draft activity proposals, work plans, and reports in both Chinese and English
Events & Exhibitions
- End-to-end management of large-scale exhibitions, forums, and offline events, including planning, material preparation, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation
- Oversee booth setup and venue construction; ensure quality control, smooth event operations, and overall attendee experience
Vendor & Resource Management
- Manage external vendors across travel, accommodation, events, and materials; identify and develop new regional resources
- Handle budget control, quality assurance, procurement, and service acceptance
Operations & Admin Support
- Maintain marketing material inventory with clear records and regular stock checks
- Provide support in external affairs, operations, and general administrative tasks as needed
Note: - This role may require occasional work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, to support events and activities. - require business trips in MENA region if needed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have service awareness and take tasks hands-on.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as Marketing role
- Experience in hospitality, PR agency, service industry preferred
Personal Attributes:
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Language Proficiency:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
