• Required Tenure: 5+ years of related experience Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience with talent solutions BI tools including Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent business intelligence platforms. Work Experience: Team Leadership experience preferred Technical: Industry Certification in key Talent Solution BI tools, Tableau, or equivalent.
