- What will you be doing?
- Owning Analytical Products: Lead the development and continuous improvement of analytical products and reporting solutions, ensuring they address real business needs and create measurable value for internal and external customers.
- Applying Product Management Practices: Define product vision, priorities, roadmap, and backlog for BI and analytical solutions, balancing business impact, feasibility, and stakeholder needs.
- Gathering and Structuring Business Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders across the business to collect, challenge, document, and refine requirements for reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Hands-On Reporting and Dashboard Development: Personally work with reports and dashboards, helping to design, build, refine, and validate analytical outputs to ensure they are practical, clear, and relevant to the business.
- Insights Management: Proactively identify meaningful patterns, trends, and commercial implications from data, and turn them into clear business insights and recommendations that support decision-making across the organization.
- Driving Customer Value Through Analytics: Ensure that analytical products support decision-making, operational effectiveness, customer engagement, and commercial performance across the exhibition business.
- Translating Business Needs into Analytical Solutions: Convert business questions into clear reporting logic, KPI definitions, dashboard requirements, and actionable insights.
- Managing Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of analytical initiatives across business teams, product owners, and data specialists, ensuring strong alignment and timely execution.
- Supporting Adoption and Change Management: Promote adoption of reports and dashboards, gather feedback, improve usability, and help stakeholders use analytical tools effectively in their day-to-day work.
- Ensuring Data Quality and Trust in Reporting: Work closely with data and technical teams to improve data quality, consistency, and governance so that reporting outputs are reliable and trusted.
- Supporting Strategic Decision-Making: Use analytics to identify trends, business opportunities, and improvement areas, helping management make better-informed decisions.
- Does this describe you?
- You are a commercially minded and hands-on BI professional who understands that reports and dashboards are not only technical outputs, but business products that must solve real problems and create value for users.
- You also have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or analytical product ownership roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with reports and dashboards, including the ability to work directly with business intelligence tools and reporting logic.
- Experience applying product management or product ownership techniques to analytical solutions, reporting products, or business intelligence services.
- Strong understanding of KPI design, reporting structures, dashboard usability, and business-oriented analytics.
- Experience in the exhibition, events, or related B2B commercial industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear analytical requirements and practical outputs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in requirement gathering, prioritization, delivery coordination, and user adoption.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and analytical best practices.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Experience working in cloud-based data environments and with modern data platforms.
- Familiarity with semantic models, data warehousing concepts, and KPI governance.
- Ability to combine strategic product thinking with practical hands-on execution in reporting and analytics.
- Experience supporting commercial, marketing, customer, or operational analytics in an exhibition or event organizer environment is desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; Russian is an advantage.
