  • We are seeking an analytical and results-oriented Business Intelligence Manager to lead our BI initiatives and data analytics strategy.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee business intelligence operations, manage reporting frameworks, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven insights that support executive decision-making and organizational objectives.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Intelligence Analysts and Data Specialists
  • Develop and implement business intelligence strategies, reporting standards, and analytics frameworks
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions
  • Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with leadership, finance, operations, marketing, and product teams to identify analytical needs
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
  • Oversee data collection, transformation, and reporting processes
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Evaluate and implement BI tools, technologies, and best practices
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to support strategic planning
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Strong proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques
  • Experience working with data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
