Responsibilities
- Discover workflow bottlenecks with stakeholders and define requirements for models, pipelines, and AI solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and automations using Python and SQL with Snowflake.
- Integrate LLM APIs, RAG, vector databases, and agentic workflows to automate business operations.
- Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, automated alerts, and insights for business metrics.
- Monitor and validate data pipelines and AI outputs for quality, security, and compliance.
- Evaluate orchestration tools, AI frameworks, and data sources.
- Communicate technical architecture and outcomes to non-technical colleagues and leadership.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a listed quantitative field or a related field, and 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills for data processing, integrations, APIs, and modeling.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses and orchestration frameworks such as Snowflake and Airflow or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI APIs, vector databases, RAG, and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with enterprise dashboards using Superset, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication, adaptable problem-solving, and end-to-end project ownership.
