Essential Functions
- Develop and monitor ad hoc reports and dashboards with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Angles for Oracle, Noetix, Power BI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Build Power Apps and Power Automate applications to automate workflows and address departmental needs.
- Manage user access, troubleshoot applications, and optimize Power Platform performance.
- Evaluate and improve business processes and support Salesforce CRM data integrity, workflows, reports, and customizations.
- Gather business requirements, deliver data-driven insights, and develop solutions for departments and the organization.
- Lead projects supporting deployed tools and processes; provide day-, week-, and month-end reporting to executives.
- Analyze business results, recommend reporting solutions, document technical solutions, and help operationalize them.
- Communicate analyses to stakeholders and leaders and train staff to use reports and dashboards.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant education and experience may substitute under policy.
- Two years of experience analyzing business needs and providing data-centric solutions and reports.
- Experience accessing, importing, extracting, transforming, and transferring or loading varied data formats.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies and skills in SQL or Oracle, SQL Data Tools, Cognos, Oracle Business Intelligence Application, or Power BI.
- Proficient working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong analytical, technical, organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
- Able to present to broad audiences, adapt to change, anticipate needs, multitask, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Pay Range
- The stated pay range is USD 72,701–90,875, commensurate with experience.
Physical and Mental Requirements
The position involves analysis, communication, coordination, decision-making, interaction, interpretation, organization, and problem-solving.
Physical tasks may include driving, sitting, standing, talking, typing, and walking; visual acuity and tolerance of faint to moderate noise are also noted.
