Support data-driven decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable business insights.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide stakeholders with clear, accurate, and meaningful information.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define reporting requirements, improve data quality, and optimize data processes.
Monitor key performance indicators, support forecasting activities, and deliver analytical recommendations that drive strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and overall business success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, along with advanced spreadsheet capabilities. Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, data modeling, and business performance metrics is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of business intelligence frameworks, data governance principles, performance measurement methodologies, and reporting best practices is a plus.
