• JOB SUMMARY The BI & Analytics Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence and analytics solutions that support operational, clinical, financial, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics leaders to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, data models, and advanced analytics solutions. The BI & Analytics Developer ensures the delivery of reliable, scalable, and user-friendly analytics products that enable data-driven decisions and support organizational performance improvement.
