Business Intelligence Analyst Sr

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate analytics processes, including metrics and methodologies.
• Develop and present expert-level analysis and data for internal and external audiences.
• Create data solutions and define report scope and format based on customer needs.
• Manage project design and contribute data management expertise.
• Architect database process design, evaluation, implementation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain data extractions, database tables, and views.
• Resolve technical issues and support end users as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications and tools

• Healthcare industry or information systems background preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, DAX, MS SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint preferred.
• Complex report development and knowledge of ETL frameworks, table design, stored procedures, and views preferred.
• Epic experience and/or Epic Data Model certifications preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time schedule, 80 hours per two-week pay period; day shift.

Workplace

• Onsite role in Colorado Springs; no hybrid or remote option.

Compensation

• Pay is $38.72–$58.08 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.
