Role overview
Under the direction of the Application Support Manager, assists with information systems operations and coordination, primarily applications software, database support, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Data Processing, Software Engineering, or another quantitative field.
Physical demands
- Position requires near- and far-distance visual assessment and depth perception, and the ability to receive and respond to verbal communication, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Position requires occasional lifting up to 35 pounds, regular standing, walking 35% to 65% of the time, and occasional stooping, bending, or reaching.
- Position requires manual dexterity for handling, grasping, typing, writing, or operating equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- Assist with administrative responsibilities for the operations and coordination of the agency’s information systems.
- Support applications software and databases.
