Business Intelligence Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage quota workbooks and support incentive plan execution across the region.
• Conduct proactive analytics to strengthen pipeline management and enable faster, data-driven decisions.
• Build, maintain, and enhance commercial reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Improve processes and operational efficiency while reducing sales administration.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of business intelligence, sales operations, or similar experience.
• BS/BA degree in a business or analytical field, such as business administration or information systems.
• Knowledge of sales compensation processes, incentive plan design, and quota management.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills, including Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong project management, process improvement, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to and partnering with senior leadership.

Preferred qualifications

• Relevant business intelligence, data analytics, Power BI, or database management certifications are a plus.
• A master's degree in a business or analytical field is desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system is desirable.

Workplace

• The position can be based remotely in the United Kingdom or remotely in Lithuania.

Schedule

• Standard schedule is Monday through Friday.
