Role overview
Transforms complex retail and consumer data into scalable, business-ready solutions for client insights, automation, reporting, analytics, and product capabilities.
Works across technical and business teams, including Client Development, Product, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Build data transformation processes and scalable pipelines for reporting, analytics, automation, and client deliverables.
- Design Unify integrations, Connector Models, and Genius Script reporting; partner with Product and Engineering on platform improvements.
- Troubleshoot data integration and connector issues.
- Explore and implement AI approaches for data preparation, automation, insights, and productivity.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, design scalable solutions, and explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Contribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in data engineering, BI, analytics, data activation, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and implementing data transformation and integration solutions.
- Experience defining requirements and delivering solutions in direct collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Experienced problem solver able to connect technical and business teams; curious about emerging AI technologies.

- The position can be located remotely in Canada.
Compensation
- The stated compensation range is CAD 65,000–72,000; no pay cadence is specified.
