About the role

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate across Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements and build reporting solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Support ETL jobs and data pipelines; perform data quality audits and troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Document data definitions, lineage, and access policies; work with software engineering and IT on basic BI solutions.
• Adhere to and promote data governance and security policies.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years in data analytics or business intelligence; relevant internships or academic capstone projects apply.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major BI tool: Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, or Qlik. Tableau is preferred.
• Foundational SQL and relational database knowledge, including PostgreSQL or SQL Server, for querying and data extraction.
• Familiarity with data cleaning, basic ETL concepts, and Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Detail-oriented, takes ownership, and eager to learn; exposure to Salesforce, Workday, or Greenhouse is a plus.
