Role Overview
Serve as the primary reporting and analytics resource, helping teams understand data and strengthen services for youth and families.
Use Power BI, SQL, myEvolv, Paycom, and other enterprise systems to create insights that support informed decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for agency and program leaders.
- Query, validate, and analyze data from enterprise applications; translate stakeholder needs into data models and reporting solutions.
- Identify trends and opportunities; support data quality and automated reporting.
- Explain findings and recommendations, document reporting resources, and follow HIPAA and agency data governance policies.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, analytics, healthcare information, or information systems field.
- Two to four years of relevant BI, analytics, reporting, or business systems experience.
- SQL and relational database experience; proven Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
- Experience supporting, administering, or reporting from an electronic health record system.
- Advanced Excel skills and understanding of HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and accuracy skills.
Helpful Experience
- Tableau or other BI and data visualization tools are helpful.
- Healthcare, behavioral health, child welfare, foster care, human services, Paycom reporting, billing, Medicaid, claims, or financial reporting experience is helpful.
