Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage sales quota workbooks and support sales incentive plan execution.
• Conduct proactive analytics and enhance commercial reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Analyze complex data sets and support sales compensation programs.
• Build and maintain business intelligence solutions and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
• Support pipeline management, reduce administrative burden on sales, and enable faster data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• At least five years of Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or similar experience.
• BS/BA degree in a business or analytical field, such as business administration or information systems.
• Knowledge of sales compensation processes, incentive plan design, and quota management.
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong project management and process improvement capabilities, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to and partnering with senior leadership.

Desired qualifications

• Relevant business intelligence certifications, such as data analytics, Power BI, or database management, are a plus.
• A master’s degree in a business or analytical field is desired.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system is desired.
