Role overview

The EU Business Intelligence Analyst supports sales execution, data visibility, and operational efficiency.

The role uses data-driven insights and process improvements to strengthen commercial performance and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage quota workbooks and support sales incentive plan execution.
  • Deliver proactive analytics, support pipeline management, and improve data-driven decisions.
  • Enhance commercial reporting solutions and dashboards.
  • Analyze complex datasets and develop actionable insights for business growth.
  • Build and maintain business intelligence solutions and support sales compensation programs.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of business intelligence, sales operations, or similar experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or analytical field.
  • Knowledge of sales compensation processes, incentive plan design, and quota management.
  • Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills.
  • Strong project management, process improvement, attention to detail, and data accuracy capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to and partnering with senior leadership.

Desired qualifications

  • Relevant business intelligence, data analytics, Power BI, or database management certifications are a plus.
  • A master’s degree in a business or analytical field is desired.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system is desired.

Location and schedule

  • The position can be based remotely in the United Kingdom or remotely in Lithuania.
  • The stated work schedule is standard Monday to Friday.
