Role overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze data for trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Extract, transform, validate, and manage data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards; perform ad hoc analyses.
• Apply data mining and advanced analytics; design and measure tests, pilots, and business initiatives.
• Partner with teams on analytics needs and present findings to stakeholders and leaders.
• Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and governance; support data warehouse and analytics initiatives.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating findings into business recommendations; experience writing and optimizing SQL.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.

Preferred experience

• Advanced quantitative degree; Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools; data modeling, ETL, or data warehousing.
• Python, R, machine learning, predictive analytics, customer analytics, automated reporting, or enterprise analytics experience.
• Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing industry experience; cloud-based analytics platform knowledge.
