Lead the Apply & Supply division within a building materials business.
The role covers supply and installation, project execution, business development, sales, and team management.
The position requires a senior professional with commercial and management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Apply & Supply division.
- Drive sales and business development across building material projects.
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.
- Manage project execution, supply, installation, and overall delivery.
- Identify business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and build the sales and project team.
- Manage pricing, quotations, negotiations, and project profitability.
- Coordinate suppliers and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building materials and Apply & Supply or Supply & Installation.
- Strong knowledge of products, projects, and the construction market.
- Experience in business development and project management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
- Results-oriented with strong commercial and management capabilities.
Compensation
- The stated monthly pay range is AED 3,000–AED 15,000.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
