Role
Lead and expand agency and corporate business across regional markets, based on-site in Dubai in a full-time capacity.
Develop commercial strategy, grow agent and corporate relationships, oversee accounts and partnerships, and drive revenue across relocation offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies and business development initiatives; establish relationships with international agents and corporate clients.
- Oversee key accounts and partnerships, drive revenue growth, and negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Ensure service standards across personal, corporate, fine arts, and pet relocation services.
- Work with operations, finance, and customer service to align delivery with client expectations; monitor performance and improve processes.
- Conduct market analysis, budgeting, and forecasting; lead and mentor sales and account management teams.
Qualifications
- Proven business leadership or senior commercial experience in relocation, logistics, supply chain, or related services.
- Business development, account management, and partnership or agency experience across multiple regions.
- Strategic planning, sales forecasting, performance management, negotiation, stakeholder, and client relationship skills.
- Understanding of corporate relocation, international moving, and service delivery; team leadership and coaching experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work with multicultural, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and willing to travel regionally as required.
Work arrangement
- Full-time, based on-site in Dubai; regional travel is required as needed.
