About This Role
Job Summary
The Business Setup Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in establishing their businesses in the UAE.
This includes advising on company formation options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore), handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth and compliant setup process.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their business activities and requirements
- Advise clients on the most suitable company structure (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Explain licensing options, visa processes, and legal requirements
- Prepare and process all documentation for company formation
- Coordinate with government authorities and free zones for approvals
- Manage end-to-end business setup process for clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated with UAE laws, regulations, and business setup procedures
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in business setup / corporate services / sales (UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation (Mainland & Free Zones)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
- Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset
