We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive cum Academic Counsellors to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into business.
Key Qualities & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Good knowledge of the local UAE market
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Professional attitude and customer focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development (UAE experience is an advantage).
- Hold a valid UAE driving license
