Role Description
The Business Excellence Manager is a part-time role responsible for driving continuous improvement across key business processes at Marketing station - محطة التسويق.
This hybrid position is based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day, the role involves assessing existing workflows, mapping and optimizing business processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance and service quality.
The Business Excellence Manager will develop and implement process improvement initiatives, define performance metrics, and monitor results to ensure sustainable impact.
The role also includes partnering with cross-functional teams, preparing clear reports and dashboards, and facilitating workshops or training sessions to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Business Process and Business Process Improvement, with experience mapping, analyzing, and redesigning workflows.
- Proven expertise in Process Excellence and Operational Excellence, including implementing standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.
- Experience working in marketing, professional services, or a consulting environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage part-time hours effectively, prioritize initiatives, and work independently in a hybrid setting based in Dubai.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms for process documentation, project management, and performance tracking.
