Role Description
This full-time remote Business Excellence Manager role at Connect & Evolution focuses on driving continuous improvement across business operations.
The person in this position will analyze end-to-end processes, identify performance gaps, and design and implement solutions that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and documenting business processes, facilitating workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, and defining clear performance metrics and KPIs.
The role also includes leading improvement projects, monitoring results, and adjusting approaches based on data and feedback.
This position collaborates closely with leadership and operational teams to embed a culture of operational excellence and ensure that improvements are sustainable and aligned with strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Business Process Improvement and Business Process design, with the ability to document, map, and optimize workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in Process Excellence and Operational Excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement frameworks).
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, derive insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse teams in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of driving multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools and data visualization or reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, BI tools) is highly beneficial.
