Role Description
The Business Excellence Manager is a part-time role based in Abu Dhabi in a hybrid setup, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home.
The person in this role will assess and map existing business processes, identify gaps, and design improvements that enhance operational efficiency and quality across Studio M’s projects and internal functions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing workflows, defining and implementing process excellence frameworks, tracking performance metrics, and recommending data-driven solutions to optimize resource utilization and client delivery.
The Business Excellence Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to standardize best practices, support change management initiatives, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
This role also involves preparing clear documentation, reports, and dashboards, and providing guidance and training to team members on improved processes and governance.
Qualifications
- Strong business process skills, including Business Process and Business Process Improvement, with the ability to map, analyze, and redesign workflows.
- Proven experience in Process Excellence and Operational Excellence, including establishing standards, frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and formulate practical, measurable solutions.
- Experience defining and monitoring KPIs, reporting performance trends, and communicating insights to stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, manage change, and align teams around new processes and ways of working.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with clear documentation and presentation abilities.
- Background in consulting, operations, quality management, or business transformation is preferred; experience in creative, media, or branding environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model in Abu Dhabi, managing time and priorities effectively in a part-time capacity.
