Responsibilities
- Develop business excellence strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate processes and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, analyze operational data, and recommend solutions.
- Streamline workflows with department heads and support process standards, policies, and best practices.
- Lead process mapping, root-cause analysis, and performance improvement projects.
- Prepare reports and dashboards, manage project timelines and stakeholder communication, and track results.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience in business excellence, operational improvement, strategy, or process management.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, process optimization, and business operations.
- Experience with KPI development, reporting, and data-driven decisions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
- A related bachelor’s degree is preferred; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methods is advantageous.
