The Business Enablement Analyst co-op supports and optimizes CIBC's Allego Learning Management System.
The role combines platform management, user support, problem-solving, and learning experience improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage the Allego LMS and help users get the most from it.
- Coordinate communication between learners, instructors, and technical teams.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and maintain accurate platform content, configurations, and processes.
- Create and modify training materials for contact centre staff.
- Support PEER team projects with training insights and expertise.
Eligibility and capabilities
- Applicants must be enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies.
- Applicants do not need to be in a registered co-op program.
- The opportunity is for 12 months.
- The role calls for analytical problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and an interest in learning.
Work arrangement
- The proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview.
