Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Document Expert (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to work on a full-time or part-time basis.

This role involves evaluating and refining AI-generated business documents to ensure they meet professional standards across industries such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.

The position offers the opportunity to directly influence the development of AI productivity tools by providing expert feedback on complex business deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AI systems to execute and validate sophisticated business tasks using advanced features in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated documents spanning finance, marketing, operations, and strategic planning.
  • Design and test realistic business scenarios that reflect current professional workflows to assess AI output accuracy.
  • Ensure deliverables adhere to professional standards of clarity, formatting, and data integrity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues in AI-generated content and proposing solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, and complex data analysis.
  • Expert-level skills in PowerPoint for creating and refining business presentations with high visual and structural standards.
  • Strong command of Word for professional document drafting, editing, and formatting.
  • Experience in business analysis with the ability to assess document logic, accuracy, and professional suitability.
  • Excellent written communication skills for providing clear, actionable feedback to AI systems.
