Role overview

Leadership and strategy

• Lead and inspire a multi-location team while maintaining quality and delivery.
• Build an inclusive team culture, delegate effectively, and encourage ownership and responsibility.
• Set strategic goals and lead functional directors across operations, production, project management, language, and interactive.
• Drive efficiencies and manage KPIs in line with business needs.
• Manage performance reviews and team development, and establish succession planning.
• Lead regular town halls and team meetings to communicate company performance, initiatives, vision, and objectives.

Collaboration and client relationships

• Build relationships with CEMEA clients to understand current and future needs and strategy.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and relationship health.
• Coordinate teams to review data and findings and align on strategy.
• Remove barriers, address client needs, and communicate recommendations and solutions during planning, briefing, and review sessions.
• Work with global delivery and operations leaders on productivity, utilization targets, best practices, and global initiatives.
• Build internal relationships to support CEMEA delivery.

Process and operations

• Set delivery-management strategy and implement standards and processes.
• Understand client priorities and define viable delivery approaches aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Measures of success

• Deliver projects continuously and pursue excellence at every step.
• Build strategic partnerships with senior clients and the global network.
• Maintain full commercial accountability and KPI-driven performance.
• Lead teams across locations and influence change on the global stage.
