Role Description

Open to residents currently based in Saudi Arabia.

The Business Development Specialist will work on-site in Riyadh in a full-time capacity, focusing on expanding Rundevu’s presence across private hospitals, medical centers, and clinics in Saudi Arabia.

This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and industry events.

The specialist will conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and trends, and will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals for potential clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include delivering presentations and product demos, negotiating terms in coordination with senior team members, and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role will involve regular reporting on sales activities, performance metrics, and feedback from the market to support strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Open to expatriates currently based in Riyadh.
  • Owns a car (Mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in software sales, SaaS, healthcare technology, ERP systems, or other B2B technology solutions is highly preferred.
  • Ability to conduct client visits and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients within the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop long-term relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-evolving digital health environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic AND Good English is highly beneficial for engaging local stakeholders.
