Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company's growth and market expansion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for market research, opportunity development, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, and coordination with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development or Technology Sales.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Good understanding of technology solutions, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals and tender documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficiency in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications to enhance productivity, content creation, proposal development, and information analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and growth channels.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners.
  • Monitor and pursue relevant public and private sector opportunities and tenders.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with technical teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, workshops, and business discussions.
  • Manage business opportunities from qualification through contract award.
  • Prepare periodic reports on business opportunities, pipeline status, and performance indicators.
  • Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling or marketing Enterprise Software Solutions and SaaS platforms.
  • Experience working with government entities and large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with government procurement and tendering platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals and responding to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and Requests for Quotations (RFQ) for both public and private sector clients.
