Role Description
As a
Business Development Specialist

, you will drive our expansion by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-impact business opportunities that align with our mission to build resilient, iconic Saudi brands and organizations.
This full-time, hybrid role is based in Riyadh, combining strategic client engagement with operational agility.
Your Day-To-Day
- **Pipeline & Strategy:**
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, engaging premium enterprise clients and decision-makers across the Kingdom.
- **Tailored Consulting Solutions:**
- Collaborate closely with our strategy, corporate governance (GRC), and creative teams to architect bespoke, high-value proposals and pitches.
- **Market Intelligence:**
- Conduct deep market research to refine our go-to-market strategies, tracking performance and contributing insights to elevate KOPPEN’s service offerings.
What We Are Looking For
A driven
Saudi professional
with a deep understanding of the local business landscape and a proven track record in professional services or consultancy B2B sales.
You possess exceptional presentation skills and a true passion for driving long-term value in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client relationships, and deliver clear, compelling presentations.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within consulting, marketing, or branding environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in the Riyadh Region, managing time and priorities across in-person and remote work.
- Comfort with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; proficiency with standard office and collaboration software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; Arabic mother language skills and familiarity with the Saudi market and Vision 2030 context are highly beneficial.
