Role Description
The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for driving growth across AGS Prime Arabia’s service lines.
This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
The specialist will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and support the development of sales strategies and proposals tailored to client needs.
Daily activities include preparing presentations, attending client meetings, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
The role also requires monitoring client satisfaction, supporting contract negotiations, and contributing to revenue and pipeline targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Lead generation and market research skills to identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities.
- Analytical skills to assess market data, evaluate opportunities, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in services such as workforce supply, construction, or facility management.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, and reports using standard office and CRM tools.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market and local business practices is an advantage.
