Destined Travel & Tours LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Business Development Specialist** to generate and grow inbound tourism business for the UAE from international markets.
We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong travel trade network who can bring immediate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand inbound tourism business from international source markets
- Build partnerships with overseas travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, and MICE companies
- Generate FIT, group series, leisure groups, and special interest tours
- Maintain and grow strong long-term relationships with key travel trade partners
- Negotiate contracts and secure profitable business opportunities
- Achieve consistent business development targets independently
Requirements
- Proven track record in inbound tourism or travel trade business development
- Strong existing network of international travel agents / operators
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Experience in UAE inbound tourism is an advantage
- Must have measurable past performance in generating business
Compensation
- Commission-based structure with high earning potential
