Overview

Requirements

• Prior **sales experience in the PRO Service industry, Business Setup, or HR Outsourcing industry in the UAE is mandatory**.
• Candidates with a **strong client network and experience in corporate service sales** will be preferred.
• Ability to generate leads, develop new business, and maintain client relationships.
• Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining/developing existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating Gross Profit.
• Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, to maximize profits & develop new revenue streams.
• Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.
• Initiate dialogue with key decision-makers (middle-level managers) on products and draft a trade development strategy (both short and long term).
• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries
• Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing business consulting projects (Company Formations, UAE Govt. relation services, HR advisory services, Immigration services, etc.)
• ·Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services
• Work collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services
• Preferably with Valid UAE Driving License
