Role Description
The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, qualifying leads, preparing and delivering presentations or proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
The specialist will follow up on inbound and outbound leads, attend client meetings and industry events, and support contract negotiation and deal closure.
The role also involves working closely with marketing and account teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to contribute feedback that informs future service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline in a B2B or agency environment.
- Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and foster long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or related sectors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
